Buy It Now Sales:
Anything sold at a set price or a sale price
during the live TV show, we give you
20 days to review your purchase. You
may return your purchase for any reason within
20 days for either an exchange or a full
refund (less shipping). Also we are glad to
accept exchanges for up to 120 days after you
receive your item. RMA numbers are required.
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on
any custom orders or jewelry products that
have been altered in any way including sizing.
AJN Live TV Auction Purchases:
We have a
15 day money back guarantee (minus
shipping) if the item is not as described in
the auction. For example, if we say that that
a ring is 18kt gold but it is 14kt gold, we
will issue a full refund (minus shipping).
Auction purchases returned for any other
reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee
equal to the greater of $10 or 10% of the
purchase price. The restocking fee is issued
to cover costs associated with auctioning the
product sold.
Also, the buyers premium is
non-refundable
For Live TV auction
purchases there will be a 10% buyers premium
added to the purchase price of the item that
was auctioned. For example, if there is an
item up for auction, and the maximum price
that you want to pay for that item is $1,000
then bid $900 and with the 10% buyers premium
you will pay only $990 for that item.
Therefore, your purchase price will be $10
less than you had planned. |
