Here are some of the rules and regulations governing the sale.

10% Buyers Premium in effect. As is where is. Please preview merchandise before bidding.
We try to call damage but you are responsible for carefully looking at items before bidding.
All sales are final - No refunds.

Merchandise must be paid for the night of the sale.
Left bid and phone bid winners must make payment the day after the auction.
Phone bids require a $100 minimum.
Payment must be received before merchandise is removed from the auction.

Merchandise must be removed within 3 days following the auction.

Buying and selling of merchandise
between customers anywhere on the premises is prohibited.
Any bid conflicts are settled by the auctioneer. Auctioneer's word is final.

State Sales Tax:
Tax ID Certificate must be on file in the office or sales tax will be charged.
Out of state dealers must sign a tax form for each auction and provide a copy of their state tax official form.

Consignment checks are issued the Monday following the auction.

Gift Certificates

Drawing for Three $25.00 Gift Certificates is at the End of the Auction.
Winners Must Be Present To Collect Their Certificates. Certificates May Be
Used Toward Auction Purchases. Winners To Be Drawn
By The Auctioneer From Those Bidder Numbers Still Present When
The Last Item Is Sold. (Employees Do Not Qualify.)
