Conditions of Auction

All properties are being sold as is and where is in every way. All information given is from sources believed correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own information, judgements and inspection of the articles and bid accordingly.

The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Auction.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of the Auction. On a tie bid, the item will be reopened between the tied bidders only. In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may at his discretion re-open the auction between the top 2 bidders.

All announcements from the Auction Block shall take precedence over any printed or otherwise announced statements.

Terms of Sale

Cash, local check upon approval of our staff and credit card when available.
12 % Buyers Premium with 2% discount w cash or approved check.

Removal of Property

Property is to be Paid For and Removed from the auction site the day of sale unless announced differently from the block.

Buyer agrees upon registration he/she agrees to terms and conditions of sale.

We welcome consignments of quality items to many of our auctions. Phone us anytime for a confidential evaluation and inquire about competitive consignment rates and extensive marketing program. Dudley's Auction will assist you in evaluating & creating the best plan to suit your individual situation.

We pick up antiques, glass and quality furniture.

Our service is also available for On-Site Auctions.

"Absentee Bid Conditions"

Sometimes it is difficult to be in attendance or even stay for the entire sale, so as a service to our clients, we offer the opportunity to leave absentee bids. We will try very hard to bid for you just as if you where sitting in the audience. In the event of an error of omission, or failure to properly execute your bid, Dudley's will not be held liable. Every effort will be made for client satisfaction.

All absentee bid must include a credit card number and all appropriate information so the purchase may be applied to the card at the end of the sale. Please note, if you would like to pay by cash or check, special arrangements can be made

Fill out the form with complete descriptions and catalog number if available. Keep in mind that when placing the top dollar amount you are willing to bid, Dudley's will competitively bid for you with the floor. Dudley's will allow the floor to open the bid and take the absentee bid to top dollar amount or until the floor discontinues to bid, which ever comes first. Many times the floor discontinue the bidding process before the absentee bid has reached it's top dollar.

All bid amounts must be in even dollar amounts. The absentee bid amount does not include the buyers premium, sales tax or any other applicable expense, such as shipping cost. Shipping arrangements must be made separately. Current resale tax certificate are necessary for exempt status.

Dudley's will only notify you in reference to the left bid results if your bid has been successful.
