TERMS OF SALE: Cash pursuant to rules of auctioneer. 10% Buyers Premium. All property (see exceptions below) is selling “AS IS” “WHERE IS” subject to any liens and encumbrances, if any.  No warranties of any kind. It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine the title or otherwise identify any encumbrances on the property not disclosed.  Interest conveyed by means of a “Trustee’s Deed”. Property #’s 8 A, B, C & D & 22 A, B & C will be conveyed via Owners Quit Claim Deed.
